Birds of the cloud forest are difficult to photograph. They are often in the canopy 100-150 feet overhead (our Resplendent Quetzal sighting was such a case).
Or, they may hidden in dense foliage closer to the ground. There are open areas, fields, feeders and other opportunities to photograph birds in and around the cloud forest and here are a few of our pictures from a brief visit to the area.
